Article Overview

Dutch wire and cable trays, such as Stago, B1, and SILTEC systems, offer robust, corrosion-resistant designs with multiple sizes, materials, and installation options for commercial, industrial, and data center applications.

Stago Cable Trays

Stago trays are manufactured in the Netherlands and are designed for high strength, flexibility, and installation efficiency. They feature double return flanges and reinforced tray constructions for excellent load capacity and cable safety. Material thicknesses reach up to 1 mm, and the trays are available in perforated, reinforced, and closed designs. Standard finishes include industrial black and modern white, with custom RAL colors available. Systems are certified for fire resistance E30, E60, and E90 according to DIN4102-12. Stago trays support equipotential bonding via the Unilock coupling and include flexible dividers for proper cable separation through corners and vertical bends. They are suitable for commercial buildings, industry, and data centers and come with BIM models and Environmental Product Declarations for specification support (Wibe Group) .

B1 Tray Systems

The B1 tray system is a light-duty perforated flat-bottom cable tray made from stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316 with a 2B finish. Attachment materials are A4 quality stainless steel. Trays are supplied in 3000 mm lengths and types H28/28R, H53/53R, H78R, and H103R. They feature continuous slotted perforations along the length for EMC compliance and are fully lockable with covers using springs, clamps, or fasteners. Standard fittings have a 60 mm radius, and the system can be completed with ceiling and wall attachments. Load capacity is approximately 100 N per 100 mm of tray width, with additional support points recommended where fittings are applied. Custom materials and dimensions can be produced on request (Gouda Holland) .

SILTEC Stainless Steel Cable Trays

SILTEC trays are made from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability. Standard lengths are 3000 mm, with widths from 25 mm to 600 mm and heights from 25 mm to 125 mm. The rounded design protects cables and hoses, and the patented locking system allows easy access for cleaning and secure fastening. These trays are flexible, easy to install, and can be expanded to accommodate future cable routing needs (CC Nederland B.V.) .
